MUSHROOM FARMS

CVC has helped families start a mushy farm at Kicukiro district village Rwanda! The cost of a mushie farm is $100 which was donated by Courtney Grove and Tye Grace of Western Australia.Much gratitude for their generous hearts. The villagers were asked to create a project that would provide their families with food and an income  which would help them achieve self sufficiency for the future.CVC arranged for an experienced mushroom farmer to teach the villagers how to successfully grow and harvest the mushrooms. We are proud to let you know that the families of Kicukiro are now eating and selling mushies!!!YAY!!! If you would like to donate a mushie farm please visit our Get Involved Page.

CVC provides help to bring food to the village.

GOAT FARMS

Deb Prosser of Health and More in Western Australia donated money to buy our first CVC goats.Much gratitude for your support and kindness Deb.The goats will be used to breed so that other CVC villages will have their own goats that will provide meat and milk for everyone. All our projects are created with a vision for the future in our mission to heal and empower the Rwandese.A goat costs between $25 and $50 depending on the breed and age.Are you interested in donating goats to this CVC project? If so please go to our Get Involved Page  where you can find our Yes we Can project and how to donate. Thank you so much for your generosity.
