Secretary of CVC
Sylvestre works for the local government fulltime. He works passionately as a volunteer Secretary for CVC in his spare time, liaising with the village people of Rwanda creating a network that’s helps to heal and empower them. He is a Clay Therapy facilitator and counsellor and has supported Banamungu Idi throughout the 2012 Genocide Commemorative period in April. He is a valuable member of CVC.
